Activities: Swimming, face painting, live music by the Summer Chapel Band from Cashiers, snacks, ice cream and cookies, beer and wine, soda
Schedule:
- Begins at 1:00 p.m. Car pool if possible. Golf carts will be available to transport those who have trouble walking or who park a distance away from the Pavilion.
- I:00-3:00 p.m. Snacks, children’s activities, live music, and a running PowerPoint presentation of Bishop Taylor’s time with us (Fireplace Lounge in main building). A scrapbook of favorite memories will be done on site. Cards will be provided. Bring a photo you might like included.
- 3:00 p.m. Presentation of gifts to Bishop Taylor and Jo, unveiling of his portrait and comments from Master of Ceremonies, Canon Jim Pritchett.
- 3:30 p.m. Service of Thanksgiving by Bishop Taylor at the outdoor chapel that is adjacent to the pavilion. In the event of rain, we will use the main chapel.
